Workshop
The main idea behind the workshop is to go through most of your past projects and identify the best targets for the campaign, based on your previous experience. The goal is to find unique value proposition that will make your software house stand out in the sea of competition besides your tech stack and pricing.

This phase takes about a month, and it includes everything that we need to prepare before the actual start of the campaign.
