Q4 Software House Accelerator is a growth program, designed for selected software houses, with which we are ready to work on a revenue-sharing model. We will have 5 months to get you your first client worth between 50-100K EUR.
How It Works

Worshop
The main idea behind the workshop is to go through most of your past projects and identify the best targets for the campaign, based on your previous experience.

Targets Approval
After the workshop, we send you ideas with lead magnets for campaign targets. If you approve these - only then you pay us the 1,000 EUR.

Preparation
This phase includes everything that we need to prepare before the actual start of the campaign such as email templates, setup of email inboxes & domains, or updating web positioning/case studies.
Outreach

Pilot program
In the pilot we test the initial target ideas with different value propositions for two months. Our services include data research, email outreach, following up, booking meetings & reporting. We also recommend to attend at least one event that we choose together which would be used as a lead magnet. Each months costs 1,890 EUR to manage.

Decision
After 2 months of pilot outreach you are left with three options:
1. cancel and we go our separate ways
2. continue in outreach and move into a revenue-sharing model (which is what this program is about)

Revenue-Sharing
You sign up for additional 3 months, and, we agree on a 4% success fee from any closed deal for the duration of 18 months.
We will have visibility in your pipeline and we get to see the final contracts. If you don't close any deals after 5 months we will work for one more month for free.
